SALON POLICIES

To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. Your card information is securely stored on file and may be charged on the day of your appointment. Kindly review our cancellation policy below. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to its terms.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service. If you are running late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Late arrivals may result in shortened services, as appointments must conclude at their scheduled end time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Only children receiving services are permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under the age of 10 who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the waiting area.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide exceptional service to all guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. While we understand that emergencies may arise, we appreciate your effort to give us as much notice as possible so that we may offer that appointment time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) to the credit card on file.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products may be exchanged or returned for retail credit only within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds are not provided. All returns must include the original receipt, and only products purchased at Salone Estetica are eligible for return.

Hair tools and equipment, including brushes and flat irons, must be returned in their original, unused packaging. Used items cannot be returned.
